Just an idea in my head to end friendships. After week 3 players can enter the portal, entering the portal lets other captains know you are unhappy. A trade can then be made. Key word is trade and this is a gamble because your own captain can see you are a whiny cunt. 

Not just positive for players but captains can easily rid their team of cancer or possibly fix a terrible draft.
